The Restaurant
Entre Terre et Mer
Two historic houses joined together, one of which saw the birth in 1728 of Count Admiral Hamelin of Napoleon’s fleet.
Two dining rooms in a neo-rustic style, with beams and visible stonework, leading to an agreeable sunny terrace - an ideal situation to appreciate the charms of the old town.
Situated on the first floor, for your business meals or family reunions, a third, brightly lit dining room can hold up to 35 people.
The Chef: Stéphane Levesque
After studying in the most highly reputed establishments (Maison Troigros, Véfour) he has returned to Honfleur, city of his birth, full of ideas and projects for the gourmet. His priorities – products chosen directly at the source, (la Terre : organic vegetables – la Mer : the catch from a local fishing fleet) and a great respect for conserving the tastes and perfumes of the traditional dish.
As well, an ever expanding list of remarkable wines, which offers the great vintages of Burgundy and Bordeaux from 1926 to the present day.
