Entre Terre et Mer, a sign who says it all,
located in the old district of Honfleur,
the most
touristic, near the
"Lieutenance" and "Vieux Bassin",
two historic houses linked by a pleasant, sunny terrace.

in all seasons.
The Chef, Stephan Levesque:
After his training in prestigious restaurants
(Maison Troisgros, le grand
Vefour) he returned to Honfleur, his
home town, " full of ideas and
gourmet projects".
His priorities: products directly selected
from local producers, (terre: biologically grown vegetables;
mer: fish locally cought) all of this
with respect
for the original taste
